By accessing or using the Best Faith-Based Workplace platform and related services (“Service”), operated by LENNK LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and accessible via faithwithin.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. The Service provides workplace certification, survey tools, and culture analytics based on employee-submitted feedback and proprietary scoring methodologies. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to act on behalf of the organization you represent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to ensure that all users accessing the Service through your account comply with these Terms.

Certain features of the Service may require payment. By purchasing any paid service or subscription, you agree that fees will be billed in advance, may automatically renew unless canceled, and are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. Payments are processed through third-party providers, including but not limited to Stripe, and are subject to their terms and conditions.

Certification issued through the Service reflects survey responses at a specific point in time and is based solely on submitted data and our scoring methodology. We do not guarantee workplace quality, safety, legal compliance, or organizational behavior, and we do not verify theological accuracy, doctrinal alignment, or the authenticity of employee responses. The Best Faith-Based Workplace certification measures perception of workplace culture, not objective fact. Organizations are solely responsible for how certification is represented publicly, and any misuse or misrepresentation may result in revocation of certification.

The Service relies on data submitted by users and survey participants. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for inaccurate, manipulated, incomplete, or misleading data, and we are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes based on such data. You agree not to manipulate survey responses, coerce participants, misrepresent certification status, or use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or misleading purposes.

All content, materials, methodologies, scoring systems, branding, and certification assets provided through the Service, including the Best Faith-Based Workplace certification name and badge, are the intellectual property of LENNK LLC or its licensors. Certification badges and related materials may not be altered, modified, or used in a misleading manner and must accurately reflect current certification status. We reserve the right to revoke certification and any associated usage rights at any time, with or without notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service or certification. Upon termination, your right to use the Service and any certification materials will immediately cease.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all such warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LENNK LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, reputation, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LENNK LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse or misrepresentation of certification or data.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
